Subj: Hey Hey Hey all

Hi guys. Back from Kentucky sorry I could not post anything last night. We left Sunday at 11 pm and arrived at the mine around noon. After leaving the mine we drove back up to P.A and had a meal and passed out.

As Luck would have we arrived at the mine to find Everette fixing some machinery, which will help for full production, and Eugene was on site. First we talked to Everette about how thinks were going. I will jot a few notes and maybe I can add more tomorrow. Just before that I wanted you all to know I did not take many pictures because they would have been no different than the ones the guy from Yahoo posted. What I did get was pictures of the heaping coal pile, pictures of coal pouring off the belt. I even have a nice chunk of coal in my bag. Must be worth about 50 cents ... lol

Talk with Everette
How is production going at Pond Creek. It is going well, producing about 500 tonnes at this point. At a point where they are making a turn and when this is achieved (approx 2 weeks) they will be in the good coal. It seemed that General mining had really screwed things up. I do not really understand allot about the mining bus but apparently you are rock then a Mud Flat, then more rock. These are bolted to make the roof really secure. General did not have the mud flat (I could be wrong about the actual name) and therefore in rehab they had to replace about 30,000 bolts. They have 2 shifts, and working on a 3rd. Laws are very strict in Kentucky and all the workers have to be Drug tested, had to let 3 guys go because they failed the drug test.

Asked about the Engineering report and what it was, and he showed us basically a whole lot of stuff on SPATS.

The wall was full of reports and permits, and inspections certificates, (in the trailer) but was not allowed to take a picture.

Asked a Cedar Grove.
He said has applied for all permits, just waiting on Government to issue, the rehab on this mine will not take very long as mine is in good condition and roof has been done properly. From what I took out of the conversation there was quite a bit more than 10 million tonnes of coal in that mountain. The is a large seam right underneath Pond Creek.

Everette was a really nice Guy, you can tell he has been mining his whole life, and really seem to know what he is doing. Does not pay much attention to the stock, or the internet.

Talked with Eugene
Talked with Eugene for about 20 minutes, which was great. He was very helpful and I tired to really press him on certain issues but he remain very vague.

On BK people still have approx 30 days to disapprove the BK plan. If all ok deal it will be approx 30 more days to get passed by the Judge. If not approved then he has another 30 days to come up with a new plan. (He did tell me that trying to come right out of BK protection was not out of the question, could be a real possibility)

Convertible Debentures, he really did not say much at all about it. I am not sure if he fully knows. So no real help.

Re mine inspections
Re mine inspections, said that during rehab they were there almost everyday, not they come roughly once a week.

Re production and contracts.
Reiterated what Everette had said approx 2 weeks for full production, that what they are producing now, is covering Pond Creek expenses. Logan is giving them \$10/tonne more on the original contract, and they want all the coal at Pond Creek, but he did not go into any detail about further pricing and or contract with them. Once thing both he and Everette said was that allot of people did not want them to start the mine. All the big players want all the coal so they can set the prices. But they are real happy they succeeded.

Re Cedar grove and others.
Basically said the same as Everette regarding Cedar. Sounds to me like he wants to open 4-5 mines though (we talked a bit about investment opportunities outside of the stock market, he took my business card and said there would be some.) I would think if he is really aggressive about opening up a few mines they would need some more funds as monies coming in over the next while would not be sufficient).

I believe any production form these others will not be going to Logan though, maybe India and has talked to others but would not specify.

Re shares outstanding. He said there is approx 700 million outstanding, but I can't see where he is getting that number.

Re cost.
It is costing Quest \$56.00 /Tonne Which includes shipping washing Etc, so I believe profit on the first contract is between \$40-\$44/tonne.

Well I am getting tired, will try to post pictures tomorrow, and if you have further questions just in box me, or we can arrange to talk on the phone. My mission was to go to Kentucky make sure this is the real deal so that I may put a bit more money into it and not have to look at this everyday, to feel confident that my investment is the right one. I feel confident that we will be trading quite a bit higher by years end and into next spring. Cant really put a valuation on this till we get financials but if he comes though with (lowball figure of 3 cents per share earning with shares trading at 5 times earnings then we should be at 15 cents. (I think this is low)

The only thing that would bother me is this is basically a one man show and there is no real accountability but from my conversation with Eugene he wants to see shareholder value grow.

I could not sleep till I got this off my chest.

I am not a religious man but I believe in good/bad karma. I want to be totally honest with everyone, so that I retain my credibility and integrity and that everyone can make the right investment decisions. I know everyone questioned me when I said the MSHA guy told me they would not be ready for between 1-2 months because they need crosscuts. Right now they are making a turn (essentially a crosscut) so he was not wrong, maybe he should not have said that to me but he did. I went down to the mine so I could see for myself, to know it is real. I wanted to come away thinking that my money could rise 2500% or more from this point on. AM I confident I can get 100% ... all the way baby ... 200-500% pretty darn sure … 1000% high probability but not for sure, anything more we will have to wait and see. But I want you all know to this info, as I grilled Eugene about it, not sure if I am allowed to say but you all need to now this.

2000 tonnes produced is 1200 tonnes sold. which is the original estimate given. not 2000 tonnes sold.

Secondly from what I got out of Eugene, and maybe some others can confirm at the conference call but all the Pond Creek coal is going to Logan, and I believe at the \$100/tonne range. Now do not get all freaked this is about 2 billion if I am not mistaken so pretty good haul.

Anyways wanted your all to know this even if this ends up biting me in the A\$\$

P.S: Stockhouse wants to do a frontpage article on the trip, I did not get many pictures cause the guy on Yahoo had them all, if anyone knows or chats with him, could you put us into contact so I can ask if we can use his pics....

Hi guys. Zurück aus Kentucky leider konnte ich nichts gepostet gestern Abend. Wir haben Sonntag um 11 Uhr und kam auf die Mine gegen Mittag an. Nach Verlassen der Mine fuhren wir zurück bis PA und hatte eine Mahlzeit und passed out.

Wir hatten Glück in der Mine zu finden Everette reparierend einige Maschinen, was dazu beitragen wird, für die volle Produktion und Eugene war vor Ort.. Zuerst sprachen wir mit Everette darüber, wie er denkt würden. Ich notiere mir einige Anmerkungen und vielleicht kann ich morgen mehr hinzuzufügen. Kurz bevor anfange, lasse ich euch alle wissen, dass ich habe nicht viele Bilder, weil diese nicht anders aussehen als die des letzten Besuchsbericht im Yahoo-Board gepostet. Was ich erhielt sind Abbildungen der häufenden Kohlenhalde, die Abbildungen der Kohle gießend weg vom Beltline. Ich selbst habe ein schönes Stück Kohle in meiner Tasche. Muss im Wert von rund 50 Cent ... lol

Sprechen Sie mit Everette
Wie ist die Produktion gehen in Pond Creek. Es ist gut, die rund 500 Tonnen an dieser Stelle. Auf einen Punkt, wo sie machen eine Wende, und wenn dies erreicht wird (ca. 2 Wochen) werden sie in die gute Kohle. Es schien, dass General Bergbau hatte wirklich geschraubt Dinge. Ich weiss nicht wirklich verstehen Zut über die Bergbau-Bus, aber offenbar sind Sie dann ein Rock-Mud Wohnung, dann mehr Rock. Diese sind verschraubt, um das Dach wirklich sicher. Allgemeine nicht über die Schlamm-wohnungen (ich könnte falsch über die tatsächliche Name) und daher im Reha-mussten sie ersetzen zu 30000 Blitze. Sie haben 2 Schichten, und arbeitet an einem 3rd. Die Gesetze sind sehr streng in Kentucky und alle Arbeitnehmer müssen Drug getestet, mussten wir 3 Jungs gehen, weil sie nicht die Drogen-Test.

Erkundigte sich nach dem Bericht Engineering und was es war, und er zeigte uns im Grunde eine ganze Menge Zeug auf Spats.

Die Wand war voll von Berichten und Genehmigungen, Inspektionen und Zertifikate, (im Anhänger), aber durfte nicht um ein Foto aufzunehmen.

Fragte ein Cedar Grove.
Er sagte, hat für alle Genehmigungen, die nur darauf warten auf Regierung nachdrücklich auf, die Reha auf dieser Mine wird nicht sehr lange dauern wie Mine befindet sich in gutem Zustand und Dach getan wurde. Von dem, was ich aus dem Gespräch gab es durchaus ein bißchen mehr als 10 Millionen Tonnen Kohle in das Gebirge. Das ist eine große Naht rechts unter Pond Creek.

Everrete war ein wirklich netter Kerl, kann man erkennen, er wurde Bergbau sein ganzes Leben, und wirklich scheinen zu wissen, was er tut. Zahlt nicht viel Aufmerksamkeit auf den Bestand oder das Internet.

Leider habe ich vergessen zu prüfen Rechtschreibung in letzter Beitrag. Vergib mir Eugene.

Sprach mit Eugene
Sprach mit Eugene für ca. 20 Minuten, das war großartig. Er war sehr hilfreich und ich wirklich müde zu drücken ihm auf bestimmte Fragen, aber er bleibt sehr vage.

Am BK Menschen haben noch ca. 30 Tage vor, die BK Plan. Wenn alles ok viel wird es ca. 30 weitere Tage Zeit, um sich durch die Richter. Wenn nicht genehmigt hat, dann hat er weitere 30 Tage Zeit, um sich mit einem neuen Plan. (Er hat mir sagen, dass der Versuch zu kommen direkt aus der BK Schutz wurde nicht aus der Frage, könnte eine reale Möglichkeit)

Wandelschuldverschreibungen, er sah wirklich nicht viel zu sagen, alles zu diesem Thema. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob er vollständig weiß. Also keine wirkliche Hilfe.

Re Mine Inspektionen
Re Mine Inspektionen, sagte, dass sie während der Reha waren es fast jeden Tag, sie kommen nicht etwa einmal pro Woche.

Re Produktion und Verträge.
Bekräftigt, was Everette gesagt hatte ca. 2 Wochen bei voller Produktion, das, was sie jetzt produzieren, ist für Pond Creek Aufwendungen. Logan ist ihnen \$ 10/tonne mehr auf den ursprünglichen Auftrag erhalten hat, und sie wollen alle Kohle in Pond Creek, aber er tat es nicht gehen in jedes Detail über die weitere Preisgestaltung und / oder Verträge mit ihnen. Nachdem, was sowohl er als auch Everette gesagt wurde, dass Zut von Menschen nicht wollen, dass sie zu Beginn der Mine. Alle großen Spieler wollen, dass alle die Kohle, so können sie die Preise. Aber sie sind echte glücklich sie war erfolgreich.

Re Cedar Grove und andere.
Im Grunde das Gleiche gesagt, wie Everette über Cedar. Ich glaube, jede Form dieser Produktion andere nicht wollen Logan obwohl, vielleicht hat Indien und sprach mit anderen, aber nicht angeben.

Rück-Aktien ausstehend. Er sagte, gibt es ca. 700 Millionen ausstehenden, aber ich kann nicht sehen, wo er immer so viele.

Re Kosten.
Es kostet \$ 56,00 Quest / Tonne, die Schifffahrt Waschen usw., so dass ich glaube Gewinn in den ersten Vertrag zwischen \$ 40 - \$ 44/tonne.

Ich bin kein religiöser Mensch, aber ich glaube, in einem guten / schlechten Karma. Ich möchte ganz ehrlich mit allen, so dass ich meine Glaubwürdigkeit behalten und die Integrität und das kann jeder die richtigen Investitionsentscheidungen. Ich weiß, alle in Frage gestellt, wenn ich mir sagte der MSHA Kerl hat mir gesagt, sie würden nicht bereit sein, zwischen 1-2 Monate brauchen, weil sie crosscuts.
